1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website mappdom.com and the Services of Mappdom Automation AI Inc. (“Mappdom,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Services
Mappdom provides AI-driven marketing automation, lead generation, and consulting solutions (the “Services”). We may modify or enhance our Services at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding contracts to use our Services.
4. Accounts and Subscriptions
Clients must provide accurate information during signup. You are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
5. Payments and Refunds
All fees are due in advance. Once services or automations are delivered, payments are non-refundable. Setup fees are non-refundable after initial delivery. Taxes and processing fees may apply.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, AI workflows, designs, and materials on this site are the property of Mappdom Automation AI Inc. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce materials without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services for unlawful, defamatory, or misleading purposes, and not to reverse engineer or misuse any AI systems provided. Violation may result in termination without refund.
8. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is.” While Mappdom uses AI and automation to improve marketing performance, we do not guarantee specific revenue or lead results.
9. Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms & Conditions
Mappdom AI Automation Inc. provides AI-powered marketing, lead generation, appointment booking, customer follow-up, and business automation services. Users who opt in may receive promotional messages, appointment reminders, service updates, follow-up communications, and information about our products, services, offers, and consultations.
- Opt-Out & Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 954-280-5540. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- Help & Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@mappdom.com.
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Rates & Message Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on interaction. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

10. Limitation of Liability
Mappdom and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid within the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for non-payment or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices and agree to comply with GDPR and CCPA requirements.
