Mappdom provides AI-driven marketing automation, lead generation, and consulting solutions (the “Services”). We may modify or enhance our Services at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding contracts to use our Services.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

Clients must provide accurate information during signup. You are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

5. Payments and Refunds

All fees are due in advance. Once services or automations are delivered, payments are non-refundable. Setup fees are non-refundable after initial delivery. Taxes and processing fees may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, AI workflows, designs, and materials on this site are the property of Mappdom Automation AI Inc. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce materials without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for unlawful, defamatory, or misleading purposes, and not to reverse engineer or misuse any AI systems provided. Violation may result in termination without refund.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is.” While Mappdom uses AI and automation to improve marketing performance, we do not guarantee specific revenue or lead results.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mappdom and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid within the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices and agree to comply with GDPR and CCPA requirements.
